If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please submit a return request within 30 days of receipt by clicking here (RETURN REQUEST FORM). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless deemed by Valor Fitness staff. Returns are subject to return shipping and/or restocking fees. Any parts missing from the return will result in additional fees. Any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
*Returns must be sent back within 14 days of when the labels were provided. Returns sent back outside of this window will automatically be subjected to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.*
All returns must be new and in unused condition with original packaging.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that boxes are packaged and taped to be suitable for return transit.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure the product is in new condition and not missing any parts.
Refunds will be applied directly to the card used at time of purchase. There is no exception. Please allow the bank 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items will be charged and processed upon confirmation, but will not receive a tracking number until the item ships. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock, with a tracking number provided upon shipment. Your payment method will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order to reserve your item.
If a pre-order is part of a larger order, in-stock items will be processed and shipped immediately, while the pre-ordered items will follow once available.
Estimated availability dates are provided for reference only and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of delays, customers will be notified via email with updated availability information.

Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellations. If the order has already processed, we cannot guarantee any further changes.

- Applies to the entire order. No exchanges can be made.
- They are final and can not be reversed.
- Can only be executed before the order is processed.
Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed for orders purchased through our website.
Exchanges can be made for in-store purchases ONLY within 30 days or purchase. Exchanged items must be unused and in original packaging.
Promotions & Sales
Prior sales and purchases do not qualify for current promotional deals and will not be issued a refund or credit.

Warranty
