At Mantra One, we do our best to deliver all orders within the quoted timeframes but shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen events beyond our control. Mantra One is not responsible for shipping delays related to carrier service interruptions or other delays due to weather, natural disasters or labor disputes
International Reach: We currently sell products in The United States. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.

All the products will be put through a production process; therefore, there will be a handling time for them.

Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to review the latest delivery status.
- Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly if tracking indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it.
If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us at support@mantra-one.com with your order number and any relevant details. Our team will investigate the shipment with the carrier and supplier and provide updates regarding the status of your order.
We recommend contacting us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not been received. We will work with the carrier to determine the cause of the delay and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, reshipment, or other suitable resolution.
