At Mantra One, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in substantially the same condition as received.
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Include proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or packing slip.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mantra-one.com.
If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, a full refund will be issued. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@mantra-one.com to request a return authorization.
Step 2: Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
Step 3: Package the Item
Securely package the item, including any accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Step 4: Return the Product
Clearly display the RA number on the package and follow the return instructions provided.
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or faulty product, Mantra One will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange return shipping at no cost to the customer.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price where applicable to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed to the customer before the return is finalized.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or faulty products.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, installed, altered, modified, or damaged by the customer.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional items or complimentary products.
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mantra-one.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund is appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after the returned item has been received and approved. Financial institutions may require additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Original Shipping Charges
If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or faulty product, original shipping charges paid by the customer will be refunded.
For all other approved returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different product is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.
