When installing the TRD-BESPOKE electric insert, secure the unit only through the designated mounting points and trim components outlined in the official installation manual.

Do not drill into, puncture, or modify the main body, casing, or glass components of the insert unless explicitly instructed by the manufacturer. The unit contains internal electrical systems, LED lighting assemblies, and heating components that may be damaged by improper fastening. Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.

The heater utilizes concealed upper venting. Ensure the top ventilation area remains unobstructed and that surrounding framing materials do not interfere with airflow.

For outdoor installations, the insert must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and protected as specified in the installation manual.

Always consult the TRD-BESPOKE installation guide and a qualified installer or licensed electrician if you are unsure about clearances, framing, or electrical requirements.
