For the control freak in all of us the Stanford offers the Deluxe System including 7 day programmable thermostat remote, 6 stage dual fan control and modulating valve so you can control the flame. This fireplace unit is available in gas and liquid propane (LP by special order). Contemporary black porcelain panels, black reflective glass and 9 piece rock set all come standard with this stunning gas fireplace.

A surround with safety barrier is mandatory for this model.

The Stanford 55” Gas Fireplace must be installed strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s official installation manual.

Outdoor installation is permitted only if the specific model is approved for outdoor use and installed exactly as outlined in the manufacturer’s instructions. If outdoor approval is not specified in the manual, the unit is intended for indoor installation only.

As a gas appliance (Natural Gas or Liquid Propane), installation must comply with:

• The manufacturer’s installation guide
  
• All local building and gas codes
  
• Approved venting requirements
  
• Required clearance and framing specifications
  

All gas connections, venting, and system setup must be completed by a licensed gas fitter or qualified technician.

Always refer to the official installation manual before proceeding with installation.

Before drilling, fastening, or mounting any material around the Stanford 55” Gas Fireplace, always refer to the manufacturer’s installation manual for approved drilling locations and clearance requirements.

Do not drill into:

• The firebox
  
• Gas lines
  
• Venting components
  
• Electrical wiring
  
• Structural framing specified as non-penetration zones
  

Only drill or fasten materials in areas explicitly permitted within the installation guide. Failure to follow the specified safe zones may result in damage to the unit or unsafe installation.

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and local building codes.

The Stanford 55” Gas Fireplace does not include WiFi connectivity or smart home integration.

This unit operates via the included programmable thermostat remote and built-in control system. No internet connection, app setup, or network configuration is required.
